orange flavouring

Mix the Pan di Spagna 50 mix with the eggs and sugar in a mixer with whisk for around 10 minutes on high speed. Then incorporate the flour and flavourings by hand. Using a pastry bag with 16 mm nozzle, portion the dough out on baking trays lined with baking paper. Sprinkle the surface with granulated sugar and bake at 200°C for around 7-8 minutes.
