PLUM CAKE WITH YOGHURT

wheat flour

eggs

crystal lilly
100 g
whole plain yoghurt
200 g

Whisk all of the ingredients in a mixer at a high speed for around 10 minutes. Transfer the mixture to the greased moulds. Bake at 180°C for around 35 minutes (300 g plum cake).
