Mix the ingredients in a mixer with kneader attachment for 3/4 minutes on medium speed, until the dough is smooth and even. Tip out the dough onto baking trays lined with baking paper. Bake in the oven at 190-210°C for 20-25 minutes based on the formats, without steam. Fill as desired.
