Knead all of the ingredients together at low speed for 5 minutes and then at high speed for a further 5 minutes until the dough is even. Form a 2-cm-thick rectangular baton and oil the surface. Cover with a plastic sheet and rest for 60 minutes. Cut into small strips and form breadsticks of the desired thickness. Spray with water and decorate with Cerealtop Scuro mix. Bake with steam at 200°C for 10-15 minutes.
