crystal lilly
200 g
water
50 g

Whisk all of the ingredients in a mixer at a high speed for around 10 minutes. Transfer the mixture to greased moulds (24 cm diameter). Sprinkle the surface with granulated sugar. Bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes. Once baked, leave to cool and dust the surface with icing sugar.
