PLUM CAKE WITH YOGHURT

whole plain yoghurt

Whisk all of the ingredients in a mixer at a high speed for around 10 minutes. Transfer the mixture to the greased moulds. Bake at 180°C for around 35 minutes (300 g plum cake).
