Combine the mix and water in a mixer with kneader attachment for 3-4 minutes on medium speed, until the dough is smooth and even.

For the rice filling, boil the milk with the sugar and lemon, add the rice until cooked. Cool the mix and combine with the fritter. Shape as normal and fry in oil at 180°C for a few minutes, turning the product several times.
