Whisk the sugar, honey and margarine together using a mixer for a few minutes, then add the eggs and milk and whisk until the mixture is uniform. Add the flour, Farro mix and baking powder, then mix for an even dough. Pour the mix into the pre-oiled moulds until three-quarters full. Decorate the surface as desired with brown sugar. Bake in a fan-assisted oven at 160-165°C or in a static oven at 180-185°C for 30 minutes.
